Convenience and clarity are the focus of this program! Sick of reading paragraph after paragraph only to assume form based off of a few photos? Not with this layout. Once downloaded you will have videos of me coaching you through every movement and clear instruction of reps, rest intervals, rounds, etc...

Each phase has been designed to progress safely and consistently toward peak power. I even provide an “Essential Movements” section for you to gain control of your shoulders, hips, and core.

You CANNOT just throw movements together and expect to build substantial performance gains. Give yourself the chance this off-season to work toward an awesome 2019, whether you are racing or have some solid ride trips planned.

Once purchased, you will be able to view and use this program anywhere. For desktop computers you will download and open with any .pdf reader. For a mobile device, specifically apple products, you will need to download to your phone and save it to your iCloud drive. After it’s saved, open it up and all the links will work!

Click HERE to access the google sheet for tracking your progress. You’ll need to click file > save a copy to save it to your personal google drive and update it with your info. Otherwise you can print it and do it the old fashioned way!
