Hi Guys
How do you go back into previous workouts when doing a program to see the reps and weight you completed as i do the programs progressive but have a poor memory or question myself especially what reps i'm at.
TIA (Thanks In Advance just for you Derek ;0))

Hi Mark,
I too would love to see what I did the past week, I have to start from scratch and guess.... which is probably why I don't improve lol... I always start from scratch, try add a bit, then a bit more.... then the workout is done:) I probably do the same weights every week, instead of starting from where I finished.. It gives me a good warmup tho for the last round.

Hi Mark!
I usually use the “QuickStart” version of the exercise as I tend to memorise each movement to later create my own version of the workout when I want to focus on certain muscles like abs and shoulders.
Do you use the “Start/Track” version?

yes like to record data but no point if cant review i guess

There is an option to print out each workout, which is what I do - I will then record my weight next to each exercise. The reps are already prescribed by Derek, so that shouldn't change.

That's a good idea Kale but don't have a printer at home and try to stay paper free at home too. and i increase reps rather than weight due to my goals

You could use a free app like Jefit and then put your program schedule into it. Not all the exercises in the Dumbbell program I'm following are in it, but for tracking purposes - just find one that sounds/looks similar.
