Hi everyone, I am new to Dialed Health. When do people find the best time to fit in their strength workouts? I have a busy work schedule and can usually only manged to squeeze 6 hours of cycling training a week. I am struggling to find a good time to fit the additional strength work in.

Hi Karl, I am also new to Dialed Health. I do strength and flexibility work in the mornings then a full work day. My weekly rides are T, W, and Th immediately after work for 75-90 minutes. Longer rides on the weekend. I know I am sacrificing sleep for the AM workouts (and would probably be better off with that extra sleep!) but since my spouse gets up that early, I wouldn't be sleeping anyway. I am finding the "follow along" format of the video workouts to be a time saver for me verses the self paced format.
