Weight choice

Hi all,
I'm restarting my program after slacking a bit with weights since the dialed health shred. One thing I never asked was should the weights be the same for all the work sets or should they build up to a heavy top set? For either approach should we do any warmup sets of the heavier exercises (deadlifts and squats primarily)?

Always a good choice to get a few warm up sets in before you hit your target weight. You could do a couple warm up sets based off a percentage of your goal weight. (5x60%, 4x70%, etc...) Hope that helps.
